El ex ministro de Economía de la Nación aseguró en Radio 2 que Néstor Kirchner lideró conflictos durante la gestión de su esposa Cristina que no hubiera aceptado en la suya. Habló de las retenciones y de la crisis internacional. Dijo que Moreno “es un cavernícola que se cree economista” y que la postura actual de la Sociedad Rural le da "urticaria".
Durante la entrevista, Lousteau no dejó de criticar al secretario de Comercio, Guillermo Moreno de quien dijo que sólo “tiene aval a medias” de parte del gobierno nacional para actuar. “El diseño de muchos de los subsidios es primitivo y Moreno es eso, es una persona que desde el punto de vista intelectual es un cavernícola pero en su cabeza cree que es un economista”, manifestó.
“En su Mr. Hyde es lo más primitivo que hay pero tiene una luz que le dice que es economista y genera un problema porque es un economista desastroso”, agregó.
Sobre los subsidios añadió:”Están mal diseñados porque falta sofisticación y un equipo”. “Mi primera pelea era bajarlos y la respuesta del gobierno fue incrementar las retenciones a la soja y fijar su precio”.
“No tuve libertad de elegir qué me parecía hacer pero siempre tuve las mismas convicciones”, reflexionó.
El economista aprovechó la requisitoria periodística y señaló que "hubo una actitud muy distinta en el ex presidente, en lo que fue su gobierno y lo que es el de su esposa" e insistió con una idea ya esgrimida en febrero de este año: "Fue el mejor presidente de la democracia por lo que dejó, pero el peor ex presidente".
